"I stopped in to pick up…"
I stopped in to pick up my order, the place looked clean. The counters were wiped down, the floor wasn’t a mess, and the staff seemed to be keeping things moving well. The only thing I noticed was the trash was kind of full, but that’s not a huge deal, right? Overall, it seemed fine to me.

"Tracker was way off"
Ordered through dominos. Tracker said my pizza was already out for delivery, so I figured cool, should be here soon. Nope. Like 35 minutes later, still nothing. Then the tracker suddenly switched to delivered. No knock. No call. No pizza. So I called the store, and they basically just said the driver was close. It did finally show up, and the food was fine. Not amazing, not bad. Just fine. But the tracking part was irritating. Kind of defeats the whole point if it’s not actually accurate

I ordered pizza online and the whole thing was really simple. Checkout was quick, and you could track the order without any problem. The food showed up hot and everything went smoothly.

"Fast delivery and hot pizza"
Ordered from dominos.com after work because I was too tired to cook, and it showed up faster than I thought it would, maybe like 25 minutes or so. The driver was nice too, and somehow found my place without having to call me, which I always appreciate. Pizza was still hot when it got here, and that’s really the main thing for me. The only reason I’d take off a star is because the tracker seemed a little behind and wasn’t really matching what was happening, but overall it was a good experience.

The pizza was alright, nothing amazing but fine. What got on my nerves was the staff — they seemed annoyed the whole time and barely said a word. I don’t expect a full conversation, but come on, at least act like you want customers there

"Mostly right, but not quite"
The pizza got here on time and was still hot, so that part was good. But the toppings weren’t exactly what I ordered online... they skipped the extra onions and somehow added olives instead. I still ate it, and it wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s a little irritating when the order was clear. Overall, just kind of an average experience...

I tried a bunch of codes, but every one either didn’t apply to my order or only knocked off a tiny amount. It made me question the overall value and quality a bit, because after all that effort the checkout still felt basically full price.

"Pizza was okay... delivery, not so much!!!"
The pizza itself was fine!! Nothing amazing, but totally decent. The driver, though, seemed kind of annoyed the whole time and barely said anything when dropping it off... just made the whole experience feel a little awkward!!!

My order showed up late and one of the pizzas was wrong, so I reached out to dominos support hoping it would be a quick fix. They did respond, but it took a couple days, and I had to explain the same situation twice, which made me feel kind of trapped in the whole process. In the end, they gave me a partial refund and a coupon, so I can’t say they didn’t try to make it right. I just wish it had been handled faster without so much back and forth...

"Delivery shouldn’t be this complicated"
I ordered from Domino's Pizza twice this month, and both times it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The tracker kept saying the driver was “on the way” for like 40 minutes, but the pizza still showed up super late and cold. I get that delays happen, but nobody really seemed to care or try to make it right. Ordering a pizza is supposed to be simple, not this frustrating. I’m done with delivery from them.

"Still Waiting for a Real Apology"
I had an issue with my pizza order and trying to get help was frustrating. Support kept transferring me from one person to another, and it took way too long just to get nowhere. Nothing really got resolved, and it felt like once they had my money, nobody cared anymore. At the very least, I’d expect an apology for the hassle.

I ordered from dominos.com and somehow my pizza showed up basically cold, which felt like a full-on betrayal because I only live about 10 minutes away. The cheese was already hard, and the breadsticks tasted like they’d been abandoned on a counter for half the day. I was so ready for a hot pizza night and instead got this sad, lukewarm tragedy. i have no idea what happened, but wow, super disappointing.

"Menu felt kinda boring"
I went on dominos thinking I’d try something new for once, but the menu felt like the same old stuff. Mostly just the usual pizzas, sides, and a few basic options. If you’re not in the mood for pepperoni or chicken, there really isn’t much to pick from. Even the veggie options seemed limited. For such a big chain, I expected a little more variety. I ended up ordering from somewhere else instead

"Pizza’s okay, but the app is annoying"
The pizza was fine, but the mobile app was literally so frustrating to use. It kept freezing when I tried to edit my order, and a couple of the coupons weren’t showing up right. I had to restart the app twice just to check out. It’s not the worst app ever, but for a big chain, it really should run smoother than this.

Tried ordering on Domino's Pizza and it was just annoying. Toppings page froze, cart barely updated, then my order disappeared after I went back a few times. Login popups kept getting in the way too. For a simple pizza order, it took way too long. I gave up and called the store.
